Welcome to Gamarjoba. The App is operated by Gamarjoba Group LLC, registered at apt. 28, 13 Vazha Pshavela Avenue, Tbilisi 0160, Georgia. By using our mobile application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Gamarjoba. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information during registration (name, date of birth, gender).
• You may not create accounts on behalf of others or use another person's account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, sexually explicit, violent, hateful, or harassing.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• Use the App to stalk, harass, threaten, or intimidate others.
• Spam, solicit, or send unsolicited commercial messages.
• Attempt to circumvent content moderation, age restrictions, or security measures.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the App.
• Collect other users' personal data (location, photos, messages) for unauthorized purposes.

4. Content You Upload

• You retain ownership of the content you upload (photos, videos, messages).
• By uploading content, you grant Gamarjoba a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute your content within the App for the purpose of providing the service.
• All uploaded media is subject to automated content moderation. Content that violates our guidelines may be removed and your account may be restricted.
• Stories are automatically deleted after 24 hours.

5. Identity Verification

• Gamarjoba offers optional identity verification through a third-party biometric service.
• Verification involves submitting a facial selfie for comparison.
• Verification status is displayed on your profile to other users.
• Certain features (such as event access) may require verification.

6. Location Data

• Core features of the App (nearby discovery, events) require access to your location.
• You can disable location sharing at any time, but some features will be unavailable.
• Other users can see that you are nearby and your relative closeness, but your exact coordinates or distance in meters are never shared with other users.

7. Events & Listings

• Event organizers and venue managers may create listings visible to all users.
• Applying for event access (Facecontrol) does not guarantee entry.
• Event organizers are responsible for the accuracy of their listing information.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

9. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time from the App settings. All your data will be permanently removed.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, without prior notice.
• Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately.

10. Disclaimers

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by other users.
• We are not responsible for the behavior or actions of other users you interact with through the App.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gamarjoba shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to damages from interactions with other users.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.
